Development area for vineyards located in Turice, small, continuously developing rural village. At the present time there are approximately 300 people. The development site is located on a gentle southern slope above the original seat overlooking the greenery along the river Jizera. There are currently invested space for the construction of 37 houses in three to four rows above each other. Currently approved the construction of another series of 10 houses on the northern edge of the site.

Each of the 37 building lots offered at its disposal all the available technical community amenities. There are building a paved local road connections line to low voltage connections for pressure sewer system, but should also be public lighting and public address system. Drinking water will provide individual builders from their own wells.
